This may be a bit of a dumb question, but; how do I remove the Ordasoft os_gallery_92 from the Beyond template?

Cant find it for some or other reason in modules or anywhere to be honest...

Hello, in admin area go to Extension Manager - Manage - choose os_gallery in the list and Unistall.
