OrdaSoft template Support

I can`t upload some file with Filezilla. When I try to upload files on server, I can upload moust files, but I can`t upload 116 files. Unuploaded files is .jpg files. Program Filezilla write this text on screan:

About this error I can`t use template, but nothing works. I can only upload this .jpg files on server if I change name like this "1.jpg", but than I can`t rename on original file name. Filezilla write the same text Error: Failed to convert command to 8 bit charset. The map on Quickstart Package is "components/com_vehiclemanager/photos/4840FDBA-BE05-65E4-3FDB-84C2296399A5_1600х1200.jpg".

If you're using FTP to upload the files check the FTP server settings. If you're using SFTP then you may need to check the user profile settings or even the settings on the server itself. Also, you should probably contact your web host and ask them what you need to do. Its problem with hosting.

Try to install template again using our documentation.

I had problem about ftp program Filezilla 3.9.0.1., when I updated on this version. Program Filezilla didn`t upload some files. Now I have core ftp program and everythinks works perfect. Thanks a lot for help.

I used other ftp client and now I cant upload all files but something in instalation is wrong. I test in local and is error too on Quickstart packet.
I contact my web host and all is ok. I go to test local and I have same problem. Problem is on quickstart packet. I send you same packet and you can test it too. Something is wrong bit when I install your packet don`t asket me what I do intall, but just install only joomla. that`s all. When I install joomla i sea only joomla template. I pay you and now I can`t use it your template but is not work. On server and on my compter (local) is completlly same error. When I install packet it don`t asked me what I do download (module, template,...). I have other sites and works corect. I send you my packet for test or repair on your email. I go in your club and now I can`t used payed template. Please help me about this problem, thanks a lot.

I am download template autoseller 2014 and upload quickstart to my server with Filezilla, but I can`t. Filezilla send error about some page with .jpg.

Than I dowload template All Cars 2013 and upload quickstart to my server with Filezilla and everything work perfect with no error when you upload on server.

I nead help about autoseller 2014 but I nead this template. Thanks you a lot.
