Logo will not resize

Hello
In the "Template" I have changed the Logo, and I also changed the width but the width has not changed... the numbers have changed in the backend, but nothing has changed on the front end, so the letters are a little squashed.
if i change the height this is fine it will change, but the width will not change.
Help Please

Hello,
If you want to change the logo go to Template Manager –> choose Your Template –> select Features tab. There you will see a “Logotypes” section from where you can start your changes.

Hello,
this is what i mean i have done
but the "width" is not changing only the "height" will change.
when i go to Template Manager –> choose Your Template –> select Features tab i can change the numbers for the size of the logo width and height but whatever number i put into width it always stays the same it does not change

it is ok
i could not wait and had to change in "style.css" which worked.
but the editor in the template where i show in the screen shot image does not work for "width" so you know for future people buying template
