Can't download templates 9 Years, 7 Months ago

I have a standard membership since June 2014 and I can't download any templates!
The pages under templates and membership downloads are empty. Could you solve this?

I tried again, but when I log in, all pages are empty. Only the title membership downloads is visible.
In July it worked well. Don't understand.
