Hi
In the Rapture template, the website's title is added to the page's title, despite Joomla's settings (like Home - myWebsite).
Which PHP-file do we have to change to prevent this?

Hello,
All changes, what you can make, you can find in documentation of Joomla business template - Rapture.
ordasoft.com/rapture-joomla-business-template-2014
You can include Joomla site name to page title. Open the Global Configuration -> Site tab. Set Site name. Specify the appropriate value for the Include Site Name in Page Titles field. You can set it below or after the page title. Save changes.

Thank you for your anwser.
We did set the option 'add the name of the site tot the page title. ' to off, but it is still showing.
So we were thinking of removing the part manually, but we can't find the file where this is set.
Which file is this?

Hello,
You can rename the folder, where you have site, for example on hosting you have folder TEST, where you have Joomla business template - Rapture change this folder TEST to NEW and in browser you will have NEW .com/ but you lose URL (you must put redirect to it).
