By this I'm guessing that you mean to disable the scripts one at a time to find the conflict? Rather than disabling ALL and losing half the functionality of the site...?
I discovered that it was being caused by jQuery Easy. Somewhat ironic given that this plugin is specifically to stop jQuery conflicts...

Um. OK. But I turned jQuery Easy off and it fixed it. When I turn it back on, the problem returns...

Hello,
We have turn off and have turn on Jquery with help Joomla Options plugin and all works fine.
There is no any problems.
What you use to turn on or turn off Jquery
