Hello Support.

I am working with the Eco Food template and getting the same Error.

I haven't touch any of the file except just installing the quick start and putting some Product Images.


vmError: Attention file tmpl has no extension and directory /hhh/xxx/public_html/templates/ordasofttemplate-ecofoodtemplate/html/com_virtuemart/virtuemart

vmError: Attention file tmpl has no extension and directory /hhh/xxx/public_html/templates/ordasofttemplate-ecofoodtemplate/html/com_virtuemart/cart

vmError: Attention file tmpl has no extension and directory /hhh/xxx/public_html/templates/ordasofttemplate-ecofoodtemplate/html/com_virtuemart/category


Another problem is, when i update the VM the template gets broken.

Help Needed in these two problems.

Hello,

Thank You for choosing us.

First, did not make any updates. We can guarantee work of template after update. You can use two versions of Food VirtueMart Template for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.x (built on VirtueMart 3). But did not make any updates.

About vmError - it is connected with installation, try reinstall template and clear all (database and direction for images) and then try upload images again.

You mean i should not update the site?
If Yes, how can i make sure my website is up to date and is secure?


I removed everything and re installed the template but the problem is still there.

Also what do you mean by "Direction of the Images"?
