OrdaSoft template Support

First of all, nice site and really nice templates.
I was really interested to buy one of your high quality templates but before I wanted to build and try free templates in order to know how it would work/look.
Unfortunately I had some problems and was not able to install it properly. The installation process works finely but at the end (“the finalisation”) I can not choose the template to install.

Where could be the problem? I use the hoster Strato and they provide their customer an Appwirzzard to install joomla on my server. With and without this wizzard I can’t get the template work.

1) Try install template on other hosting or localhost.

2) Before start the installation, be sure, your systems should meet the following requirements.
Server Requirement

PHP 5.4+
MySQL 5.1+
Apache 2.x+

Configuration Options

Hi and thank you for quick reply.

I found a hoster which, I am really sure about that, fullfills all of your above mentioned requirements.

Neverthesless, at the end, the installation process only offers me to install the Joomla Standard example files. I can not choose your template to be installed. Where could be the problem!?

BTW: byet.host was the hoster which I tried as an alternative.

You mean with localhost on my own machine? For example via XAMPP or similar?

Not tried yet.

The Thing is, I am interested in a membership, but I am afraid, if the templates would cause too much problems with the installation.
