OrdaSoft template Support

paid this standard membership, but I don't download membership's themes. Why?

Purchase and Download:
Once you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation through email (it takes from 1 to 5 hours). Check your email.


Don't delete the email as it contains log in information for download your purchase, and also as proof of purchase After your payment has been received and checked, you will receive an email that your order status has been changed to "Confirmed". That email will contain a download link for the purchased product.
Click on link (with a verification code which is associated with your purchase order) to download the product you purchased Maximum number of downloads: 3 times Validity duration: the download link will remain valid for 5 days If for whatever reason your download link has expired before you got a chance to download or you have some other issues, please contact salxxxxxxxx@ordasoft.com with the details of your purchase.
