OrdaSoft template Support

Hello,

I use the template 'servicestation', in joomla 3.x
When you scroll up and down, a part of the screen seems to get stuck behind the main menu...
Is there a way to fix this problem ?

Thank you for your question.

You can check our demo and on it all works fine, we recommend install our Quickstart Package again, it allows you to install Joomla template with demo data in few clicks. We highly recommend this method of Joomla installation.

Also do not make any changes if you want that template works as on demo.

So, return default settings, we see that you have customize, that's why you can have problems.

I tried to reïnstall the template but that wasn't helpful for me.

What do you mean when you say that we customize the template? We only changed the color... that can't be a problem, I suppose?

After installation Quickstart package of Service Station - Free
Car Repair Joomla template you must get website like on demo
ordasoft.com/demo.php?view=pc&t=ServiceStation

You don't need download and configure each module separately, just install entire package at once and get the same website like on demo page. After this you have to upload your images (images on demo are only for presentation purposes), replace sample data and voila - your own automotive website is ready.

So, what you get after you have install Quickstart package, can you provide link.

if we disable the module "Contacts" on position "Top4"
it will stuck breadcrums under the menu after we scroll the page

temporary solution is :
open templates/servicestation/javascript/custom.js
on line 24, remove ".header_contacts"

but not smoth enough..
