OrdaSoft template Support

We are working with MedBro - Joomla
Medical Template, all thing were fine and working for months until now.
The site desapeared. The files are there, the database also, images everything, but the page is blank.
Something strange is that I try to see the code source and there is no code.... everything is blank

Please help.

If yes, please return default settings.
