By default Delta comes with video.

Video container

Change video ID, go to: Drupal Admin Area -> Appearance -> Settings -> OS Delta May 2014 -> VIDEO BOX
Text for video

Go to: Drupal Admin Area -> Structure -> Blocks -> Video box text
