Hi.
How I can make Form Appointment on two languages? Is It possible? This template support multi language or it is useless for this purpose?
I want create Form Appointment on two languageі – Ukraine/Russian.

Hello,

Template come in English, you can make create 2 difference form: 1 for Ukraine and one for Russian.
