OrdaSoft template Support

I am trying to switch from the drugstore template to the gadgetstore one, I have installed the template and made it default.I also made the drugstore template inactive. I cannot get the custom html module "Services" to display the FontAwesome icon and also the checkout page is displayed as it was when the drugstore template was the default.

It is not possible use one custom HTML module for 2 templates.


They have difference structure, please use Quickstart Package. Quickstart Package allows you to install Joomla template with demo data in few clicks. We highly recommend this method of Joomla installation.

Could you tell me which php file is responsible for loading the custom? Since I have installed the gadget template all the css and javascript imports are configured correctly.

I did as you suggested in your first reply and used Quickstart Package. At first everything was fine, the services module correctly
showed the fa icons with the ainmation effect. After changing the ordering of the module icons suddently dissapear. Changing it back to the original order does not fix it. I get the styled html text but no icons.

edit. Actually the module breaks even if you just open it in the administrator panel and save it without changing anything at all. I tested this with a new clean installation of the Quickstart Package.

Please before editing custom modules, go to Global Configurations -> Site Settings and in Default Editor choose Editor - None.

After making this, custom modules won't be broken.
