OrdaSoft template Support

i have installed the net cars template but i found out that i could no longer access my joomla admin backend i dont know why its not letting me access my joomla admin
does it mean that using your template means you are restricted from seeing your joomla backend?
i joined your membership because i found out that i could use your template to suit my need but i didnot get that what do i do
i have my component to use on the template but cant see my joomla admin to configure

All must works correct, if you do not make any changes in template.

Please, try follow below documentation and recover or reset your admin password
