OrdaSoft template Support

1. When I change the agents profile pictures nothing happens - no error no nothing.

2. When I try to change the color of the buttons or something else - nothing happens. I made changes, I hit "save", I receive message "changes saved" but nothing is changed. There is no way to change anything in style.css - even when I made changes locally with notepad++ and then upload the file. I asked my hosting provider to do the same for me and they tell that maybe there is some copyright protection - they cant change nothing too!

3. Same situation with the footer background pic...

How the f*** is this possible?

I will write you tru the contact form with access accounts to try it out. I see problems like this for the first time...

And now I even cant log in the admin panel... Thru the simple membership component clicked on approve on my registration and now I cant log in or resend password!

What THE FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK?????????????????????????????

P.S. Thanks GOD I used the profile made for the hosting provider and manage to retrieve password!!!!

I've managed to resolve the problem with access via databases - long live Google!!!

But the other two problems are still in present - agents profile pictures and style.css cant be edited and still no adequate response from your team exactly where to look for problems...
