Educational Joomla Template failing to install on JOOMLA 3.65 giving following errors: Warning : JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file. Error : Unable to find install package

We checked the archive with this template. Quickstart and the template on joomla 3.6.5 is installed without errors. Try installing Quickstart.
