Hello support team,
Fancybox instead of OS Touchslider used to work... I am not sure why it just stops popup in a new window and the RUL is domainname/#block-in-6. Could you please give me any suggestion?

sorry, I meant the fancy box inside of the OS TouchSlider doesn't popup any more for some reason....

Can you give more details how I may reproduce this error ?
I am sorry, we haven't "fancy box inside of the OS TouchSlider"
Please press F12, and check JavaScript error console

Hi Andrew,
In the module of "OS TouchSlider", under "unloader" tab, you can upload the picture,right?
There are 2 issues now, I don't know when they started happening or if if they are related too....
Issue 1: once the picture is uploaded, I believe I used to be able to see a edit icon when the mouse is moved on top of the picture, but now I don't see the 2 icons anymore, it's supposed to be one on the left side and one on the right side... I don't see them, but I still can see the mouse cursor can be changed from pointer to figures.
Issue 2: In editor of the picture, there is a text box called "Caption" where you can put in the HTML code, there is fancybox coded there.... that's where I am having issue on the frontend, I click on the button, but nothing pops up.
If you need, i can gave the URL to look at, please let me know.
