This template haves spanish files?

"Real estate manager" component Pro version(ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html) - it has preinstalled
Spanish language. With help "language manager" of the component - you will can simply edit or change any text constant.

But if you need Spanish language in Eco House template, you will need with help Joomla language manager - add Spanish language
