To this template - you may only manual move site.

If you need update, you need update site which you already have.
You need update joomla and all extensions which you have

my website is being always updated, all extensions as well.
How to update your template? Some of templates and most extensions in Joomla suggest automatically update.
If I reinstall template I can have many looses

When we do template update, we do update self template and all plugins and modules for it.
So we do QuickStart update also.
Sometimes we replace some components to new, if them more best and what have more features.

I afraid - in your case "template update" will ask also update all plugins and modules
But this possible only as manual update, you need create your site backup - and move it to some test space, and there you need do update the every component .

Self our template - you may update - if refresh folder "{your site}/templates/ordasofttemplate-sectiontemplate"

But anyway, please doe full backup(files and database) first
