when I click on the main menu, the page should be scrolled up/down to where #tag defines and this works on firefox and IE, old Google Chrome. However, it doesn't work any more on the newer/latest Google Chrome, unless I installed a Google Chrome extension -- jquery everywhere(chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jquery...laajcckcnnjmooonmalf)....
Can you please advise why it's not working with newer Google Chrome any more?

After doing a lot of research, I found the issue. jquery.scrollTo-1.4.3.1.js is no longer working with latest Google Chrome, I had to replace it with the latest version - 2.2, all works now.

I am sorry for delay, find check and fix error ask time...
If you do not have a scroll effect with menu as example in bizone template):
you need to go to github.com/flesler/jquery.localScroll and replace the jquery.localScroll.js ({your site}/templates / Your _tempalte / javascript) library with the latest version.
In your case "Your_tempalte" ->ordasofttemplate-bizonetemplate
