How we can add custom css in that template? usually we do have custom.css file but i did not find it here?

For add styles to free Virtuemart, shop template ordasoft.com/shoe-store-virtuemart-3-template.html

You may:
- add to CSS to "{your site}/templates/shoe_store_v1/css/style.css"

or

- if you go to template settings
Templates: Styles (Site)->shoe_store_v1 - Default
There you see "Element 1","Element 2",..,"Element n",
and "Selector",
there you may add any custom styles to your site elements.
Please check attachment image . Please check in google "CSS selector"
