I've already have multiple backups and all of the components are up to date.

If you updated all - yours site must work good.

Why before update do backup, because at update something may go with error, so you every time have good version.
Also update first need do on test server,

I'v moved the site to dentist.funkiejwebdesign.nl/ and i've foward the original to an new domain with php5.6 enabled.
