Hi,
I noticed that the title of single property page is within <span class...> which is (in my opinion not good solution). Should be really in <H1> tag.
My question is: how can we change it? (what file, part of code?)
It is important if we want to think about SEO, indexing, etc...

Hello Radek,
for h1 - we use "Page header" from menu settings, which you created in Joomla.
But you may change this.
All VIEWs for RealEstatemanager you may check :
{your site}/components/com_realestatemanager/views/
House view located there:
{site}/components/com_realestatemanager/views/view_house/tmpl/default.php
