I have uninstalled OS responsivegallery, - admin advised

At the moment website use php 7,1

Although I have uninstalled responsive gallery, error_log :

Last error, when you give access to us and turn to php 7.3 was with incorrect session configure.
After this you not give access to us.

The Image gallery, on many PC tested, it works good for php 5.6, php 7.0, php 7.1, php 7.2, php 7.3

For fix any error: we need step by step manual: how see and reproduce this error. We can't fix error by screenshots

There is nothing good at all
Everything the same

The website works only with php 7,1
By switching to higher, the website isn't found at all (error 400) - this happened when admin installed some php plugin

What I should do for you? Is there any way to get help? You have all access.
