if we see this page on mobile it show only one product in a row, is that possible on mobile and small devices it should show 2 products in a row if so how?

This is responsible, it special set for small devices: show 1 product by row.
In every our template you may check how template look at PC, Tablet and Phone
Please check attachment
This is created special, and you can't change this if you not know CSS
you may check another our template:
ordasoft.com/demo.php?view=pc&t=ShoeStore
(you simply there may replace all images and titles so you may use it for watch)
It created on CCK, and there "in CCK layout configure" - you may configure how many items show per row for some devices width
