OrdaSoft template Support

I get a 404 page not found error when clicking to my account management section.
I am using Joomla! 3.9.18 - VirtueMart 3.6.10 - Ecofood 2.5.0
When changing template style tu any other available for the account management menu, then it works well.
Unfortunately, this is not a good solution as I wanted my website to have a singe layout style.
Is there a bug in the template ?
Any hints to make this working fine ?
