In our free shoes website templates - You need or change this in your template settings:
Please go to admin->extensions->templates->style->cck_shoe_store - Default
We have there settings for set main site styles

Or you may change this with help CSS, you need add to

www.shoptest.uni5.net/c2shop/templates/c..._store/css/style.css

something like:
.header {
background-color: #b11a1a !important;
}
