OrdaSoft template Support

Hi, when I try to edit Special Offer layout and Goods Vertical Layout for the items on the home page I get the following error: 0 Cannot access offset of type string on string.

Also yesterday I wrote a long thread to the post with questions in regards to this theme but I can't find the thread any longer (it was called: Shoe Store Template Questions Part 2). Is it in process of answering or shall I write it again?
