I tried to restore the "Dream House - Free Real Estate Joomla Template" quickstart and it gives me errors. I also tried to unzip the file on my PC and said the zip file was not valid.

Please check when you download "dream house free real estate joomla template"
You downloaded archive - which you need unzip. In this arhicve we have
- Real estate Joomla Template documentation
- Self Real estate Joomla template
- and QuickStart - which you may install xactly like fress Joomla website - and in result you will see website like our real estate website demo

If you continue have errors:
