OrdaSoft template Support

Hi

I try to define the color for the header and the set the favicon.
After checking the forum I saw that there are pictures were settings/tabs are available to define those but in my installation they are missing (sorry, I could not attach any picture in the post).
Especially the settings "Content", "Footer" and "Favicon" are missing in my installation.

How can I define the color for the header and set the favicon when those settings are missing?

For me for Top Shop template all look and work good. Please check attachment image
May be you check this in templates but you need check in Style.
Please go to:
admin->System->Templates->Site Template Styles->{Your template}

Maybe I forgot some important infos in my post: I use the template on Joomla 5.0.3 with VirtueMart 4.2.6. Could this be the issue?

Hello

Issues may in any extensions. Joomla permit install extensions from whole world - so they may have conflict.
But I not think the conflict with that.

We asked access to website - only when we can't reproduce error.

Also Please check: top shop website template - is Joomla CCK template - and every layout you may change in Admin->components->CCK->Layout Manager
