Hello,
I ask you for a little help again, when I click on the Subscribe button on the form at the bottom of the home page I get the error you see in the attached image

Hello
This button not send email, it need for collect client emails - for next send to them news.
It looks like the site that created this extension no longer supports it.
I suggest using the "acymailing" extension to collect your customers' emails:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/acymailing-starter/
But if you need create "contact form" - you easy may do this with help our Joomla CCK

Please check now. Self review - you may see at: components->CCK->Reviews
