I use Section template (not the last version) on my website, and Google SEO check reports a following error:
Links are not crawlable
Search engines may use href attributes on links to crawl websites. Ensure that the href attribute of anchor elements links to an appropriate destination, so more pages of the site can be discovered. Learn how to make links crawlable

Hello
any links, if that not special links, must have "href" attribute. And this attribute google USE for Rank Links in "href" attribute.
Please show where you have so links
