OrdaSoft template Support

Dear Ordasoft Team,

I run a Joomla website with Joomla 3.10.11 and your "November Real Estate" template (version 6.2.1 PRO). I would like to upgrade to Joomla 5.4 or 6. Is it possible to transfer the database and entries?

What procedure do you recommend?

If you create new website - best way:
Download our "November Real Estate" template and install it.

if you update your Joomla template :
1. DO website Backup (full website All files and database )

2. Before move to new Joomla Version , Please check New Joomla version Requirements - and check: is your webserver support these requirements?!

3. Please check your 3 party extensions, Are all extension have new versions for New Joomal Versions?

4. Download from our website last version you joomla template and last version "Joomla Real Estate"

5. Best do update not to last Joomla version at one time,
Best when you first move to Joomla 4, check all and next move to new Joomla version,
Please after move to new version: check how all work

6. When you do Update Joomla. Best when you turn off all 3 party extensions on your website.

7. After update, Install new Versions all yours website component and templates and turn on they one by one

Not remove some time Backup from step 1, Not always all problems you see after update.

If you have Production website, Best first check update on test website
