My membership order was completed. And I am able to download the package (Luxury Apartments October 2012), but I am unable to extract the zip file. It asks for a password. I have not been provided a password.

Hello,

We just download Luxury Apartments October 2012 Standard Package and Basic and unzip without any passwords.

Please can you provide Screenshot or try to use another unzip software

I was able to extract the packag. Used file roller in linux and no problems. But here is the screenshot of the problem I was having in windows extracting it for your information.

True say not know where error, for us all good and we use default zip command under linux
