OrdaSoft template Support

Hi,
Are there any template updates, I.E. bug fixes or such? I seem to find quite a lot of bugs in CasualClothes, December 2012, and would like to know if I should just fix them myself, or wait. Also I want to reconfigure it a big and would like to know if updates will come so I can plan my changes based on that.

Well, where do I start. Have you even installed this template on an existing joomla installation? It looks like crap!

Some specific things:
- The index.php lack a <jdoc:include type="message" /> tag
- The errors are not designed at all
- There positions that are defined in index.php are not the same one that are defined in templateDetails.xml making it impossible to place stuff via the admin interface
- The cart is nowhere near responsive.

...and so on. A sloppily coded template, simply. Just today I used several hours hunting down the jdoc-error above, so the template has caused me a lot of pain. I would actually like my money back!

1. There positions that are defined in index.php are not the same one that are defined in templateDetails.xml
Position are exactly same! We tested this

2. The cart is nowhere near responsive
Responsive in cart was fixed today, you can download latest version from Membership downloads
ordasoft.com/Membership-Downloads/OrdaSo...s/View-category.html

3. if you pay attention, in downloaded files you can find "Quick start package" install it and you will get exactly the same like on demo
