OrdaSoft template Support

I have sent Your message to my server administrators. Your english is very bad so I don't understand what You want to say. We have to change permissions to 755 for folder and 644 for files to get this template to work. We have a linuy file system and not apache server. This is really to much for me why don't You just give me back my money and I will find some other real estate template from other company. I tried to manually chsnge permissions to the regular ones but that's pain of work and it's almost impossible to be done. There are thousand of folders and files in this package.

If it's possible I would give You my hosting username and pass and You can install this template for me and hopefully it will work properly then??? Is this good enought? Than You dont have to give me my money back.

Do you mean, linux file system ?!
ordinary linux has as HTTPD web server - apache

That host admin error, If you give to us access - we will can't reconfigure hosting.

change permissions to 755 for folder and 644
Every hosting may have different file folder permission, for you that 755 for other 777

you may run from yours site folder:
find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} ;

and

find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} ;

You may give to us SSH access, FTP access and database access - and we will install that template for you.
You may send that with help OrdaSoft support form

But we can't reconfigure your hosting, we need root access for that, and we have little other business. We not hosting company
