OrdaSoft template Support

Hi,

I downloaded "os_shopper_april_2013" template and I've readed your tutorial "How To Install Joomla Quickstart Package".

problems :
- the template is not selected by default and not in list of templates in admin site
- sample datas are not installed (I clicked the button to install it)

First of all I want to say, all DEMO sites we installed from Quickstarts.

Well, let's try again.

1. On your PC(or Mac) Unzip all files from Quick_Start_shopper_v.zip.
2. From folder Quick_Start_shopper_v you need to upload all files and folders (attachment image) to empty folder on your hosting.
You can do it via FileZilla or another FTP client

3. After all files have been uploaded open your browser and type url to your site. and you will see standard Joomla installing

4. don't forget install simple data

See all the steps I've just retried, please need your support :

Step 1 : upload all files and folders :


you see, also the template folder is OK :



Next Step, language :



Next, check config : (just 1 thing bad ?)



Next database config (Mysqli database, ok ?)


And last step, install data samples : (looks different than your tutorial)

Yes, you are right, there really was a problem with sample data

Quickstart was updated and now you can download from dowloads page and install
ordasoft.com/Membership-Downloads/OrdaSo...r/View-category.html
