I ordered a real estate template and got charged 2 times for it and can't even download it. I would like to know 1) how can I download the template I paid for and 2) How can I get a credit for the 2nd charge for the same template?

I see your orders, but both of they in pending status, when Payment gateway processed - you will take letter with download link.

How can I get a credit for the 2nd charge for the same template
