OrdaSoft template Support

I am very frustrated, and disappointed in Ordasoft. I will most certainly not purchase anything from Ordasoft ever again!! I am really struggling with this template I have purchased, and require some REAL help but no-one is responding to my posts.

Another problem I have encountered, I can delete / remove the real estate manager from Joomla. It won't allow me to???? Now I've removed all components, modules, and plug in's via FTP but it still won't remove anything??? I've tried to re-install but it won't allow me???

Please I have a client that I am preparing a website for, but I'm getting no support here!!!!!!

Dear user, as you can see on all your forum posts we provide answers.

For example, yesterday I personally answered on your question about "Header / Logo Image area" I wrote path where you need to edit, I wrote what you need to edit,
and on attachment I showed to you results what I get after editing via firebug (Firefox plugin)

You should have experience with PHP/html/css for template custom coding, If you have enough experience, we provide custom development

Now you should go to database and clear there component tables
