OrdaSoft template Support

I installed the quick start for august_os_watches template (free version).

It was installed on a seperate folder as the main site is for vehicle _park_template.

The vehicle park is working fine, but when I try to open the Virtue Mart template, I get the error: ERROR 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

where as the other section is opening up.

I tried installing it on another domain.
I uploaded the quick start package and extracted it.
When I try to install I get the following message:

ERROR 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
Why am I seeing this page?
Is there anything that I can do?

Ordinary ERROR 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR - that internal server error.
Please open server error log and check error.

We rebuilt our virtue mart free template august_os_watches template please try gain download it and install ordasoft.com/Joomla_templates/VirtueMart...st-2013-watches.html

This installation worked.

The administrator section is not accepting the password that was provided at the time of installation.
