Simple membership Component-Modules Support

Hi, I would like to know if some fields can be hided in the users profile page, so others users can not see, for example, the phone number.

If you use Joomla Simple membership

There you may manager all fields which you show in User profile. All fields you manage from "Simple membership profile plugin"

BUT
If you use last version of Joomla Simple membership, There we add to profile possibility show "Joomla custom fields".
And we now divide field management.
- If you wish show(hide) fields in Simple membership User Profile - you manage this from "Simple membership profile plugin".
- If you wish show(hide) fields in Simple membership User Profile Module - you manage this from "Simple membership User Profile Module settings".
