We need to use "simple subriscription" to do following:
Option1: After buying "premium suscription" members have option to purchase products.
Option2: While buying membership (before they become members) they also buy products at the same time.
Will this work with Simple subscription?

Hello,
I am sorry, I not understand what you mean.
In simple Membership Pro version move user to some user group work as next:
After registration - user need buy product what connected to some MemberShip Group, Before he buy and admin approve buy - user will go to default USER Group

Let me restate the question.
Can a user Purchase a "subscription" along with products in the same transaction? Are there any restrictions where subscribes ONLY (post subscription) allowed to add products to the cart?

Hello,
Yes when user buy product - he buy "subscription" along with products in the same transaction!
But first user must do registration - and he must select "user group" where to he wish go.
