Can any one help if there is a template I can use that support multilanguage (English/Arabic).
NOTE: Arabic language is written from Right to Left
So, I want the user to be able to switch between English and Arabic but if he choose Arabic everything will start from Right to Left

Hello,
That not template support - that Joomla support and every components.
So youi will need install Joomla, install Arabic, install "joomla Fish"(if you wish on site English and Arabic) after that will need check every components what you wish

Dears,
I did some translation using JoomFish but I have few points:
1)I translate the menu to Arabic and it works fine (check the red notes in attached image)
2)I translate the category to Arabic but the translation dos not appears in the categories list and appears in the cars list.

Hi,
Please check last vehicle Manager version.
From vehicleManager version please update on yours site only files:
vehiclemanager.html.php
vehiclemanager.php
and all what you describe must start work
Please do files backup first
