Language problem on Categories

I have installed everything and worked a lot on this multilanguage site.
I over come many problems but there is one that i can't find a solution.
1. I create categories in German and select to every category German language
2. I create categories in English and select to every category English language
When i try to add a vehicle to each language i see the German and English categories listed too no matter if i am on German or English site.
When i try to use the search selecting category using one or the other language i see again both language categories listed.
Is there a solution about that bug so that i can configure using more than one language or i have to continue with one until there is a module fix?
