Could you please confirm that FTP account and joomla account are working?

Could you please explain (step by step) how to modify the language for the administrator menu?

We checked your site. You have FREE version of Vehicle Manager, and FREE version of Vehicle Manager only in English.

Look carefully documentation on site, if you want to have Italian ( Menu in Italian) buy PRO version. It comes with Italian support. Only in this way.
