VehicleManager component support

Hi there, I've purchased the component after browsing around the online demo and the free version, assuming that it would be possible for visitors of my site to place an advertisement by using PayPal.

The PayPal feature seems to only be connected to buying the actual vehicles, not really a normal thing to do with the type of vehicles I'm planning to let visitors put on my site.

Is it possible to set up Vehicle Manager Pro so that placing a vehicle needs to be paid for by my visitors?
