VehicleManager component support

Dear Sirs,

I have purchased the component and cannot find anywhere to add extra fields to the Booking form as it needs to have telephone number and address details for car rentals. Also these fields need to be marked with required and also cannot find any captcha to stop spam.

Dear Sirs,

Also on testing the booking form it does not send the full details to the users. I want to be able to send the booking details by email to both parties like a contact form style. So this saves the admin always logging into the system to get booking details. Also the person booking the rental will get a notification that they have submitted a booking.

1) You can not add extra fields to the Booking form only change code. In admin area there is no such settings.

Also it can be done like customization service, to ge more details contact us via contact form

I am disappointed to be honest as any booking form has to contain a contact number and also ability to add an address as how are you supposed to contact the customer to discuss a booking, especially if the email entered may have been incorrect by mistake. Also with every modern application you have to have recaptcha as a basic to stop spamming.

Can you possibly arrange for a refund if you cannot address this this should be stated on your software or you should be able to provide some support of how this can be achieved without paying extras. Like you have a code at the bottom of this form to stop spamming so why not in your software you sell....?

Can you pleas reply to my question as I have a client site i need to get done and can you provide the fields in the form or not or show how to do this. To be honest I will post a review of this on JED as without telephone number and basic details cannot contact a customer back also as I paid for the extension also....!

There is no any standard for booking form, before buying you could check demo, try free version and ask question on forum or via Presale question from about contact number and also ability to add an address.

Modification of booking form you can do by yourself, we have open source, and you will able make any changes. Also you you can ask us about additional service.

We have Review CAPTCHA for Guest Users. recaptcha for send message form or booking form not mentioned in description of component. There is no such settings. Of, course your queries could be done, but it is time and for this need much efforts.
