How can I add an add vehicle button to the front end of my page, how would I go about doing that?

Hello,
add vehicle button available in All categories view, Single category.
If you want get it in Single Vehicle view it will be customization service.
To provide more details we need understand where exactly will be placed it, please send screenshot.
