CSS changes don't take effect 8 Years, 3 Months ago

I have made changes to the style_less.css file, turned off the LESS plugin, uploaded the file, but the changes do not appear. Is there something else that needs to be done in order to make changes to the CSS take effect?

I just changed the color directly in the LESS files and that fixed it.
